These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 2028 Euro ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing the 2028 Euro website or mobile app, or by registering an account, you fully agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. 2028 Euro reserves the right to update these terms at any time — any changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-app notification.
In simple terms: These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and us. By using 2028 Euro, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Account Registration Requirements
To open an account with 2028 Euro, the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum age is 18 — accounts without verifiable age will be suspended
- Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
- You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details during registration.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly private
- Playing on your own account on behalf of another person or using someone else's funds is prohibited.
Please note: Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC — Know Your Customer)
2028 Euro conducts identity verification to meet regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. KYC is mandatory in the following situations:

- If suspicious activity is detected for security reasons

- If the deposit is not completed, the payment will be automatically refunded
Deposits made using another person's mobile banking number or card will not be accepted and will be returned. This is part of 2028 Euro's anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (standard members)
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
2028 Euro offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please be aware of the following general conditions:
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x)
- Bonuses have a fixed validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
- A bonus applies only to the games specified in the bonus terms.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed
Example to understand wagering: A 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Real money and bonus money are kept separate until the wagering requirement is met.

Betting Rules
The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting and casino games:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — please make sure before placing your bet.
- 2028 Euro reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
- Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned
- If a bet is lost due to a network issue during live betting, the outcome will be determined based on server records.
- Minimum bet: ৳10; maximum single bet: ৳50,000

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
- Bonus Abuse — repeatedly attempting to claim the same bonus
- Attempting to hack or breach the security of 2028 Euro's systems
- Fraudulent transactions with other members
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds

Account Closure & Suspension Policy
2028 Euro may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found
- If KYC is not completed within the specified timeframe
- If suspicious financial activity is detected
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
Any real money balance (from verified sources) in a permanently closed account will be refunded within 30 business days. Funds earned through prohibited activities will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability
2028 Euro is not liable for the following:
- If betting is interrupted due to an internet connection issue
- Loss caused by malware or a virus on the user's own device
- Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers
- Service interruption due to unplanned server maintenance
2028 Euro is committed to maintaining high service standards, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. If you experience any technical issues, please contact support immediately.

Terms & Conditions Update Policy
2028 Euro reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
- You will be notified at your registered email at least 7 days in advance
- A push notification will be sent via the app.
- A notice will be displayed at the top of the website
Continued use of 2028 Euro after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request that your account be closed.
